BEIJING, Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Origin Agritech Limited (NASDAQ: SEED, "Origin" or the "Company"), a technology-focused supplier of crop seeds in China today announced that the Company plans to release financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 ended June 30, 2016 on Thursday, August 11, 2016, before the U.S. market open.
