The additions to Origami Owl's leadership team offer a wide range of creative and brand managing experience that will help drive overall business success:
- Doug Finnie has more than 13 years of experience leading numerous technology organizations in direct sales, virtual warehousing and logistics. He has held several management and leadership roles in operations, finance, product development and marketing during his 16 years in the banking industry. In addition to his career in technology, Mr. Finnie also owned a consulting company focusing on operational efficiencies through mergers and acquisitions.
- Tom Rascati has more than 15 years of experience directing award-winning campaigns for notable brands such as Avon, Cutex, Ulta Beauty, and Bond No. 9. He started his career as a freelance designer for fashion catalogs before realizing his passion for beauty while serving as an art director for Avon. Since 1997, Mr. Rascati has held the position of creative director for several beauty companies such as AM Cosmetics, Bliss, and philosophy.
- Ann Raulston's career in direct sales started 17 years ago as a sales consultant/independent contractor. She built and developed a direct sales business that generated $7 million annually within three years. With her direct sales experience and an extensive background in adult education, Mrs. Raulston is a recognized leader in training new consultants the keys to success in the direct sales industry.
- Al Fournier brings more than 20 years of experience in direct selling to his new role. He has held numerous positions in field development in the U.S. and Latin America with other direct selling organizations, where Mr. Fournier was responsible for the support and growth of thousands of network of independent consultants and developed regions generating in excess of $11 million annually within a six-year period.
