Ordoro Releases Enhanced eBay Integration
Recent advancements meet changing demands of multichannel sellers
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ordoro, the leading shipping and inventory management app in the ecommerce world, has bolstered its eBay integration to match the ecommerce giant's ever updating marketplace, as well as address the changing needs of its multichannel merchants.
Just like how Ordoro integrates with marketplaces and shopping carts like Etsy and Shopify, its integration with eBay allows merchants to sync their inventory and shipping through Ordoro's multichannel app for a comprehensive view of their business' backoffice across all channels. And as eBay continues to update its storefront and boost its effectiveness, Ordoro has enhanced its own integration as well.
"The ecommerce market is constantly evolving, and as platforms update to better serve their merchants, our integrations follow suit," says Jagath Narayan, CEO of Ordoro. "It's our job to provide clients with multichannel capabilities that get the most out of their integrated channels, and that means strengthening each as much as possible."
The integration now boasts improvements that support eBay sellers' product listings. When product stock drops to zero, sellers can choose for the product listing to remain active. If the merchant wishes to end the listing instead, they also have the option to auto-relist it when their stock is replenished.
With various payment processing companies, like Stripe, PayPal, and Square, increasing their flexibility within the ecommerce industry, demand for alternative payment methods has also risen. SIS (Send Information to Seller) - a way of payment that encourages both privacy and consumer interaction by having customers send their payment information via phone or in-person - is also supported. Ordoro now takes SIS orders into account within the app, tagging them as such to keep orders organized.
On the shipping side, Ordoro also works with eBay's Global Ship program. Ecommerce entrepreneurs are able to select the program and send over orders to be shipped internationally by eBay's own fulfillment warehouses. Ordoro then imports the orders, and assigns the appropriate address and reference number of eBay's warehouse. Printed shipping labels will match all that information, and eBay then sends them off over the globe.
Ordoro is an ecommerce software app tackling the unsexy but essential function of supply chain and order management. With an open API and integrations with all major marketplaces and shopping-cart platforms, Ordoro helps merchants streamline their shipping and inventory management across all their sales channels so they can focus on growing their business, rather than maintaining it. Ordoro offers tools to monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relations, bundle products and reduce shipping costs.
