ORC International Expands Employee Research Team in US

PRINCETON, N.J., April 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global business intelligence firm ORC International announces the expansion of its Employee Research team in the US.

Jason Racutt joins ORC International as Director, Client Service/Business Development. He will focus on developing new business opportunities for the Employee Research practice. With over 14 years' in the Employee research arena, Jason's experience prior to ORC International includes Project, Account and Business Development roles with Valtera (now part of Corporate Executive Board) and Questar (now owned by Data Solutions International).

Rachel Siok also joins the Employee Research practice as Research Director. She will be managing Employee-related client projects including engagement surveys, employer brand research, new hire/leavers research, customer/employee linkage, and special studies like HR Reflections and Global Perspectives.  Siok held a number of research/insights related positions at Redbox, LG Electronics, and most notably at Sodexo where she managed its US healthcare employee engagement survey and was a client of ORC International.
