O'Neill, CPA have earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
The CVA designation is an indication to the business, professional and legal communities that recipients have met the rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity and integrity in the field of business valuation and related consulting disciplines. This CVA designation, established by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® (NACVA®), is the only valuation credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies®.
Applicants for the CVA certification must meet certain CVA qualifications; meet an experience threshold; attend Business Valuation Certification training; pass the CVA examination; maintain membership in NACVA; and renew their certification every three years.
Doug Karasek has been with ORBA since 2010. He performs audits, reviews and compilations for a wide array of both privately-held and not-for-profit companies as well as all the necessary tax filings. In addition, he provides tax services to corporations, partnerships and individuals. He also performs audits of employee benefit plans and aids clients with various 401(K) compliance issues.
Kevin O'Neill is a member of ORBA's Audit Services Department. He has experience with a variety of additional audit services, including financial statement preparation, compilations and reviews of small businesses. In addition, he has experience in the preparation of individual, fiduciary and corporate tax returns.
