Shan K. Dass has experience preparing individual, partnership, corporate, estate and trust, employee benefit plan and non-profit organization tax returns. He also has experience with bookkeeping, payroll and outside CFO functions, as well as non-profit audits.

Alexandria Dotdot brings several years of experience in payroll, full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable. She has managed cash flow, such as bank transfers and deposits, and has reconciled lockbox and general ledger accounts.

Michael D. Johnson has experience in financial statement audits for privately-held and foreign public companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, universities, public housing and service companies. He also has experience in budgeting, forecasting and attestation engagements, including agreed upon procedures.

Sara Subhani joins our Cloud Services Group and brings five years of experience to the team. She has experience in auditing and analytical procedures, as well as general accounting and finance. Sara is also an integrative nutrition health coach and promotes a sustainable, effective and preventative lifestyle to achieve long-term quality health.
