ORBA Welcomes New Firm Administrator

CHICAGO, Oct. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. (ORBA), one of Chicago's largest public accounting firms, is pleased to announce that Bernie Lietz, MBA has joined the firm as its Firm Administrator. Mr. Lietz has been managing professional service organizations for more than twenty years, including almost ten years in public accounting. His experience includes strategic planning and implementation, leading and managing organizational change, budgeting and management of human resources.

Mr. Lietz joins ORBA from a Chicago-area public accounting firm, where he helped develop the firm's strategic direction and operating budget, as well as develop written policies and procedures. Bernie is a Past President and current Vice President of the Illinois Chapter of the Association for Accounting Administration, a not-for-profit group dedicated to improving the management of accounting practices, and was previously the Chief Operating Officer of a Chicago marketing and advertising agency.

Mr. Lietz received his B.A. in Fine Art and Graphic Design at DePaul University and his M.B.A. at Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
