Mr. Richie has led the onboarding process for a variety of professional firms, and has extensive experience with the talent recruiting process—from the planning and sourcing stage, to candidate screening and employment. He has placed accounting professionals in a variety of roles and is no stranger to the accounting industry himself, having previously served as manager of finance and accounting at a Chicago-based manufacturing corporation.
