Kenny Lau, CPA brings three years of accounting and tax experience to ORBA's Tax Department. He has experience with preparing and reviewing various tax forms as well as bookkeeping, budgeting and client payroll. He also has experience in the restaurant industry where he refined operations and advised on financial and tax planning. Throughout his career, he has also served as a project manager for commercial construction projects, managed commercial and residential rental properties as well as consulted tax saving strategies for landlords.

Les Niedzielski, CPA brings more than eight years of accounting and audit experience to ORBA's Audit Services Department. He specializes in preparing and assembling tax returns and audits for individuals, S and C corporations and partnerships. Throughout his career, he has served a variety of roles, from junior accountant to supervising senior accountant, where he served as lead on comprehensive financial statement audits for a variety of entities, including not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans and labor organizations.
