Optimus Properties, LLC Announces Lease with National Bank to Assist Underserved Area

LOS ANGELES, June 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Optimus Properties, LLC is very proud to announce that an affiliate has signed a lease with City National Bank to open a branch office at the Crown Crenshaw Plaza, located at 3739 S. Crenshaw Boulevard. This branch office will be the first City National Bank branch in Leimert Park, and one of only a handful of full service bank branches serving this area.  Optimus is particularly excited to replace a payday loan service with City National Bank, known popularly as the "Bank to the Stars" -- a financial institution known for its exceptional, personalized customer service -- and thereby to provide to the local Leimert Park residents, including African-American and Latino entrepreneurs, convenient access to mortgages, lending, and desperately-needed wealth management services.  This Lease represents another achievement in keeping Optimus' continuing commitment to the overcoming of historical obstacles in the redevelopment and revitalization of the urban areas in which its properties are located, by improving the condition and management of shopping centers and attracting premium tenants.
