Lazarus brings more than 20 years of experience as a CFO for successful, high-growth software companies. Lazarus will be responsible for all financial activities of the global organization, which sells business management technology to the largest media companies in the world. He will join the executive team, and will work closely with the board and Francisco Partners to help the company deliver the next generation of open, configurable ad management solutions.

Throughout his career as a CFO, Andrew Lazarus has helped technology companies achieve significant growth. Lazarus has deep experience scaling global infrastructure, leveraging intellectual property, generating profitable growth and maximizing shareholder value through organic growth, investment and M&A. Before joining Operative, Lazarus was the Finance Director at BAE Systems - Applied Intelligence, a leading provider of cybersecurity and and enterprise fraud prevention software. At BAE, Lazarus help to lead the system and work process integration of several international business units while helping the company to adopt SaaS best practices. Previously, Lazarus served as the CFO at Silver Sky and Genesys. Earlier, he worked in investment banking, acting as lead underwriter of public and private equity and debt offerings and advisor to M&A activities. Lazarus has a BS in Accounting & Finance from Babson College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
