Operations Improvement Expert Michelle Holmes Named Chief Operating Officer of ECG

Holmes joined ECG in 2005 and has been an operations improvement and technology principal since 2013, leading some of the firm's largest physician enterprise transformation and IT implementation engagements. As ECG's COO, she will be responsible for consultant onboarding, training, and development as well as employee integration and engagement.
