Operation Troop Aid & ROK Mobile Team Up to Launch the Troop Aid-Chris Kyle Memorial Benefit Program
NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The nationally acclaimed military charity Operation Troop Aid (www.operationtroopaid.org) is proud to announce its new partnership with ROK Mobile (www.rokmobile.com) to launch the ROK Mobile/Troop Aid–Chris Kyle Memorial Benefit Program.
Operation Troop Aid (OTA), a non-profit that provides care packages to our deployed U.S. service members, will be the first military charity partner for ROK Mobile.
ROK Mobile is the only mobile provider in the U.S. that combines both mobile and music streaming services for a low monthly cost without any hidden fees. The ROK Mobile/Troop Aid–Chris Kyle Memorial Benefit Program will provide users (that wish to support our military) with unlimited talk, text, data and music streaming services for just $49.99 per month. As an added bonus, new customers can keep their own number, use their old phone or purchase a new one, and can access up to 20 million nationwide Wi-Fi hotspots. The ROK Music app included in the new service enables users access to more than 20 million songs, customizable radio stations, downloadable playlists and new music releases.
As part of its alliance with Operation Troop Aid, ROK Mobile will donate $2 from each new subscription per month to OTA and The Chris Kyle Memorial Benefit (CKMB).
"It is such an honor to partner with ROK Mobile," said Mark Woods, Founder & CEO, Operation Troop Aid. "Not just because of who is involved, but because ROK truly cares about our troops. I was sold on the product at first glance and with the added benefits, designed specifically for our troops and their families, it is an epic deal so join our team today."
"I am so pleased that we are able to help support Operation Troop Aid," added John Paul DeJoria, Founder, ROK Mobile. "I think most Americans want to support and back up with as much enthusiasm as we possibly can, those who put their lives in harm's way and those that support those in harm's way to maintain our way of life. God Bless America, God Bless our troops...but most important God Bless all those who are helping make our troops lives a little happier and a little better off. It can get lonely out there. Peace, Love and Happiness."
"We encounter so many people that say they want to help or get involved with our veterans, but ROK Mobile is one that stands head and shoulders above the rest because they truly have a huge heart for our veterans and go that extra mile," remarked Wayne and Deby Kyle, parents of Chris Kyle. "It's a great honor for the Kyle Family to partner with ROK Mobile to provide our veterans with some really fantastic benefits and support; they are true patriots. Join ROK Mobile in helping our veterans by getting your new subscription today."
"It is a huge honor for ROK Mobile to add Operation Troop Aid as our first partner in our new Military Charity Program," stated Jonathan Kendrick, CEO and Co-Founder, ROK Mobile. "What we need are more organizations like Operation Troop Aid that let our service members know that American citizens are fully supporting them. We wholeheartedly believe in this cause and we hope that our donations will help grow this program even further."
