Operation HOPE to Host Second Annual Global Financial Dignity Summit in Atlanta
Two-day Summit to be Emceed by Soledad O'Brian Next Month, Focus on Theme of "Global Economic Recovery: How the Poor Can Help Save Capitalism"
ATLANTA, Oct. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Continuing its efforts to advance the conversation about financial dignity and literacy and its effect on underserved communities and the economy, Operation HOPE will host the second annual HOPE Global Financial Dignity Summit (GFDS) on November 13-14, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia. Award-winning journalist Soledad O'Brian will emcee the two-day event.
Government, non-profit and private sectors leaders from across the globe will convene to discuss critical issues in financial education. This year's theme, "Global Economic Recovery: How the Poor Can Help Save Capitalism," will frame the issue of financial inclusion, small business, entrepreneurship, jobs and financial dignity as essential core ingredients to mid and long-term economic recovery and stability.
