OpenText Announces Retirement of Paul McFeeters Chief Financial Officer by September 30, 2014
WATERLOO, Ontario, May 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- OpenText (NASDAQ: OTEX; TSX: OTC) announced today that Paul McFeeters has informed the Company that he will be retiring from his position as Chief Financial Officer no later than September 30, 2014. OpenText has engaged a leading executive search firm and expects to announce Mr. McFeeters' successor on or before his retirement. Mr. McFeeters was appointed CFO of OpenText in June 2006.
