All-Business Airline Responds to Consumer Feedback Regarding Later Departure
WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to customer feedback collected from a recent passenger survey, OpenSkies, the unique all-business airline, today announced that flights from Washington-Dulles to Paris-Orly will now operate a later departure time at 7:30 p.m. (ET). This change will take effect beginning October 31.
Previously, OpenSkies' five weekly direct flights from Washington to Paris departed at 5:45 p.m. (ET) and arrived in Paris at 7:40 a.m. (CET). The new departure time will arrive in Paris at 8:10 a.m. (CET).
"Our passengers' needs are our top priority. Particularly in a competitive market and a down economy, we understand that our customers are making a choice to fly with us and we are dedicated to offering them the best service possible," said Dale Moss, CEO of OpenSkies. "We regularly survey our customers to ensure we are aware of the changes and improvements they would like to see, and the decision to move back the departure time is a direct result of that effort."
Departure times for flights traveling west-bound from Paris-Orly to Dulles will continue operating on the current schedule. All five weekly flights depart at 12:00 p.m. (CET) and arrive at Washington-Dulles at 4:00 p.m. (ET).
