Open for 'Booo-siness': America Haunts' Scariest Attractions Announce 2015 Opening Dates Nationwide
DETROIT, Aug. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- America's most spine-chilling haunted attractions are getting ready to open for the 2015 Halloween season. Blood-curdling screams will be heard for miles at nearly 30 America Haunts fear factories beginning Friday, Sept. 5, when the Cutting Edge in Fort Worth cracks open its doors, followed by Nightmare on 13th in Salt Lake City and The Beast and Edge of Hell Haunted House in Kansas City unlocking their doors on Sept. 11.
By Oct. 1 all attractions, from San Diego to Baltimore, will be operational and frightening Halloween aficionados out of their bones.
America Haunts attractions annually lure more than a million of the bravest souls while providing the most safe, fun and horrifying haunted entertainment. To maintain the standard of excellence in the haunted attraction industry, each venue works year-round to present guests with an even more spine-chilling experience than their last visit through the use of enhanced technology, Hollywood-quality effects and talented makeup artists and actors. From one year to the next, guests are constantly on the lookout to see what is new at each venue.
"Many of our attractions have been getting calls, emails and questions posted on their social media pages for months asking when they'd be open for the season," said Amber Arnett-Bequeaith of America Haunts. "Usually by the beginning of August, people begin to get their Halloween itch and by Labor Day they are 'dying' to enjoy the season with their family and friends."
