Opal Enterprises, Wheaton Siding Contractors, Donates Funds to Save Historic Windmill at Kline Creek

NAPERVILLE, Ill., Oct. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Opal Enterprises had a busy summer. Due to the line of severe storms that moved through the area in July, the Wheaton siding contractors have been helping customers repair damage to their homes all over Kane and DuPage Counties and the surrounding areas. But work is not the only thing keeping the company busy. Community involvement and support are front and center as well.

A particularly severe storm caused significant damage to the historic windmill at Kline Creek Farm in West Chicago. Opal Enterprises donated $500 towards the repairs to the windmill.

When we heard about the damage and the District's needs to repair the windmill, we called on our own customers to help us raise the money. For every new contact we received, $5 was donated to the cause.
