Onyx Stock Transfer, LLC Names Linda DeMelis as Senior Vice President

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Onyx Stock Transfer, LLC, a securities transfer agent based in Mountain View, California, today announced that it has named Linda DeMelis as Senior Vice President.

DeMelis brings over 15 years of experience in securities and corporate law to the Onyx team. Before joining Onyx, she was Special Counsel, Research and Development for the Venture Law Group (later Heller Ehrman Venture Law Group) where she specialized in corporate and securities law compliance issues, with an emphasis on public companies. Prior to Venture Law Group, DeMelis was an attorney at Cooley LLP, where she had a corporate law practice with an emphasis on emerging growth companies. She holds a B.A. from Harvard University, and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
