Under the Promoter Agreements, SPC, a multi-faceted business including long-time publisher of targeted consumer, business and association magazines including Dive Training (America's oldest consumer scuba diving publication), Dive Center Business, Restaurant Start-up & Growth, founding publisher of Flight Training and Flight School Business magazines, and representative to Business and Commercial Aviation Magazine (a McGraw-Hill publication), plans to develop three virtual marketplaces, using Onstream Media's MarketPlace365 platform, focused on the consumer and commercial aviation, restaurant and scuba diving industries.
