DETROIT, Nov. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) announced today that online media registration is now open for Press Preview for the upcoming 2018 auto show, Jan. 14-16 at Cobo Center in Detroit.

Credentials by Mail
Journalists are encouraged to register online at naias.com and complete the form on the Press page. To receive credentials by mail, journalists must apply during the early registration period that ends Dec. 15, 2017. After Dec. 15, journalists may still register online, but will need to collect their credentials in person at Cobo Center on or after Jan. 3, 2018. The registration deadline for all media applications is Dec. 31, 2017.
Media credentials are required for entry to NAIAS 2018 and provided to qualified journalists only. To qualify, applicants must be working in print, broadcast or social-based/website media. All persons entering the show floor with credentials during Press Preview will be required to present additional identification (current driver's license or passport) for validation. NAIAS credentials are non-transferable.
Delta Airlines Discount Ticket Program
The discount ticket program offered by Delta Air Lines for select business and coach fares is returning for the 2018 NAIAS. Visitors travelling to NAIAS/Detroit between December 21, 2017 and February 1, 2018 can receive:
- 2-10% discount on select coach and first class fares for domestic (US/Canada) originating travel
- 3-10% discount on select coach and business class fares for international originating travel
- 3-25% discount on select coach and business class fares for Transpacific Asia/Australia originating travel
Reservations and ticketing are available at www.delta.com/meeting. Select "Book A Trip" and this will bring you to the "Book A Flight" page. Enter the meeting code NMQDZ in the box provided. In addition, reservations can be made by phone by calling Delta Meeting reservations at 800.328.1111 Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm CDT and indicate the meeting code NMQDZ.
