TEL AVIV, Israel, June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In light of recent attempts to restart negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, OneVoice Israel and its Knesset partner, the Caucus for Ending the Israeli-Arab Conflict, will host roundtable discussions about the peace process on Sunday, June 23, at 18:00 (Israel time) in the Tel Aviv Museum plaza with several Israeli peace organizations.

The event, entitled "Roundtable Peace Initiative," is unique due to the coordination and cooperation of all leading Israeli peace organizations taking part, including OneVoice, Peace Now, Geneva Initiative, the Council for Peace and Security, Ir Amim, the Parents Circle, Israeli Peace Initiative, J-Street, and more.
Over 1,000 people are expected to attend the roundtables taking place in 12 locations, including Tel Aviv (main event) Kiryat Shmona, Jerusalem, Haifa, Umm al-Qutuf, Ramla, Beersheba, Jaffa, Shefa-'Amr, and Karmiel.
The events' purpose is to create a dialogue between the public and a wide range of decision makers, public officials, intellectuals, academics, former senior defense officials, and media, and will include a series of fascinating discussions around different angles of the political issue.
