OneRoof Energy Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Names John Bunnel as Interim Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO, May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- OneRoof Energy, Inc., a residential solar services provider and wholly owned subsidiary of OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. (the "Company") (TSXV: ON) announces today that its Chief Financial Officer, Dan Halvorson, has resigned effective May 6, 2016, to pursue other opportunities.

The Company also announces that it has appointed John Bunnel as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, while the Company conducts a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.

John Bunnel has served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Fractional CFO, Inc. since 2010, during which time he served as interim chief financial officer and strategic advisor for a number of different companies including Stearns Lending, American Advisors Group and First Financial Credit Union.  From 2005 to 2009, John was Chief Financial Officer for two divisions of GMAC Mortgage LLC – Ditech and GMAC Direct.  Prior to his tenure with GMAC, he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group.  He began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as Senior Manager, Financial Advisory Services.  John is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree (Accounting and Business) from John Brown University, and a Masters of Business Administration - Finance degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
