OneChicago Announces Appointment of Public Directors
CHICAGO, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- OneChicago, LLC, the only U.S. based exchange for trading Single Stock Futures, today announced that Dr. Andrew Clearfield, William F. Pridmore and Eric Wolff have been selected by the Board of Directors to be Public Directors effective immediately. OneChicago CEO, David G. Downey, made the announcement after the conclusion of today's Board Meeting.

Dr. Clearfield is president of Investment Initiatives, LLC, an investment consultancy based in New Jersey. He retired from TIAA-CREF after having spent more than 25 years with the firm. Dr. Clearfield is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Boston University School of Law and received his PhD from Harvard University.
Mr. Pridmore is president of William F. Pridmore, Ltd., an institutional trust and commercial banking consultancy in the Chicago area. His area of focus is advising beneficial owners involved in securities lending. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Wolff is currently a derivatives market regulatory consultant in Chicago, after retiring from a 31-year career at the CME Group in 2007. Mr. Wolff had a successful career with the CME Group, rising to Managing Director of Regulatory Affairs when he retired. He studied architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
