One Horizon Group Partners with x-Mobility

BAAR, Switzerland, July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- One Horizon Group, Inc. (OTCQB: OHGI) ("One Horizon" or the "Company"), which develops software application platforms that optimize mobile communications over the Internet, announced today that the Company agreed to contract its One Horizon platform to x-Mobility Ltd. ("x-Mobility"), a Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator (MVNA) that provides a white-labeled service for brands looking to create their own Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) proposition and enter the mobile space.

x-Mobility will provide One Horizon's range of optimized mobile IP communication solutions to brands looking to enter the mobile communications market as well as to its existing MVNO customers. One Horizon's high quality, innovative and integrated mobile voice, messaging and advertising services over Internet Protocol (IP) are expected to help further differentiate x-Mobility's offering to its customers.

The suite of services made available to x-Mobility under the agreement includes One Horizon's unique SmartPacket™ technology based smartphone application. Its low bandwidth capabilities enable VoIP calls over GPRS, EDGE, 3G, 4G/LTE or Wi-Fi with over 30 minutes of calls packed into one MB of data.
