Kemper most recently served as the International Business Leader for the Health Solutions and Services Unit within Roche's $2B Diabetes Care Division. In this role, he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, portfolio road mapping, and the development and commercialization of Roche's digital diabetes management solutions on a global basis. In several other roles at Roche, Kemper led teams responsible for securing global development, co-promotion, and distribution deals with companies such as Dexcom, mySugr and Alere Health.
