One Call Now Acquires cNotify, a Division of Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions
DAYTON, Ohio, March 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- One Call Now, America's largest message notification provider, has acquired cNotify, the business notification and automated messaging service provided by CBTS (Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions). This is the second acquisition the company has announced this year, recently touting a global expansion and acquisition of an industry award winning United Kingdom business continuity company, Safeguard Communications, LTD.
