Oncor Schedules Fourth Quarter And Year-End 2012 Investor Call

DALLAS, Jan. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") has scheduled a conference call on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 9 a.m. Central time to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2012 operational and financial results. Oncor plans to release its 2012 operational and financial results in its 2012 Annual Report on Form 10-K, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no later than Friday, Feb. 15.
