DALLAS, Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") confirmed the timing of its previously scheduled conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2012 operational and financial results. The call will, as previously announced, be held on Tuesday, February 19 at 9 a.m. CST. Oncor's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012 will be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no later than 7:30 a.m. CST on February 19.
