On Demand Film Screening Fundraisers To Help Those Suffering The Catastrophic California Wildfires

WHAT: Acclaimed 77-minute feature documentary "Wildland" takes a look at the vigorous training wildfire fighters must endure. ABOUT THE FILM
"WILDLAND" takes viewers inside the lives and experiences of a group of men who battle wildfires. A shorter TV version of the documentary debuted nationally on PBS' Independent Lens which launched a grassroots-driven theatrical on demand campaign for the release of the full-length director's cut of the film. Filmmakers Alex Jablonski and Kahlil Hudson's cinematic theatrical cut, shot using 6K cameras, includes approximately 27 minutes of additional footage not seen on PBS, enabling an immersive communal experience in incredible detail for theater-goers to experience.
