Omnicom Group Acquires 100% Ownership of Unisono Field Marketing to Strengthen Presence in China's Shopper Marketing Sector
NEW YORK, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC), the leading global advertising and marketing services group, has acquired full interest in Unisono Field Marketing (UFM).
Unisono provides outsourced sales and merchandising services, including shopper marketing, channel management and event marketing, to a wide range of multinational and Chinese clients in the consumer, pharmaceutical and IT sectors.
