TOKYO, Nov. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bright Pattern, award-winning provider of global contact center software, is pleased to announce opening a local office in Tokyo, Japan. Bright Pattern launched a local cloud point of presence in Japan early in 2017 and now has established an office.
