Lynn Burbank, DNP, RN, CRNP will address the specific concerns of surgical products customers, while Melinda "Mindy" Benedict, MS, CIC, CFER will address concerns of gastroenterology and pulmonary product customers. In addition to addressing customer concerns, the presenters will review the Olympus COVID-19 response, which has included offering free use of the Olympus telemedicine system, MedPresence; developing a new 70% alcohol product to support flexible endoscope reprocessing; and hosting virtual professional education courses.
