BROOKLYN, N.Y., May 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union (PSFCU) offices in New Jersey were visited by the speed-skating gold and bronze medalist from the Sochi Olympics, Mr. Zbigniew Brodka.

The Olympic speed-skating champion met with members at the PSFCU Linden and Garfield branches in New Jersey. It was an opportunity not only to receive an autograph with a champion athlete, but to actually view an Olympic gold medal.

While in New Jersey, Mr. Brodka ran and won "Polonia 5K Run" in Wallington, NJ, which was sponsored by the Brooklyn-based credit union. Mr. Brodka was given an American flag by Wallington Mayor Walter G. Wargacki. Mr. Brodka, who is also a professional firefighter, promised to hang the flag back at his fire station in Poland on July 4, 2014.
