Olympic Gold Medalist-Cancer Survivor Among Speakers at World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress
ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Olympic Gold Medalist and network television figure skating commentator Scott Hamilton, who knows a thing or two about overcoming obstacles – no bigger than cancer, will be among the keynote speakers at the 8th World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress, Sept. 27-30, 2015, in Orlando, Fla., the Medical Tourism Association® announced today.
As a survivor of testicular cancer in 1997, who later successfully overcame a benign brain tumor in 2004 and its recurrence in 2010, Hamilton is a constant reminder that with fortitude, anything is possible.
