Ms. Decker was born in Shanghai, China, grew up in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan and immigrated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1976 to work for Grand Hyatt Hotel on Union Square. In the 1980s she was the #1 agent nationwide at Merrill Lynch Realty.  She launched Decker Bullock Realty in 1991, affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty in 2007 and her company has now grown to include six offices with 130 agents.

Ms. Decker is known for working with the most affluent clientele in the Bay Area and worldwide.
