Olin Declares 357th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend and Announces Fourth Quarter Earnings Conference Call
CLAYTON, Mo., Jan. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Olin Corporation's (NYSE: OLN) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents on each share of Olin common stock. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2016. This marks the company's 357th consecutive quarterly dividend.
Olin also announced today that on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, Olin's senior management team will review the company's fourth quarter and full year 2015 earnings results. Prepared remarks will be followed by a question and answer period.
