Olin Declares 343rd Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

CLAYTON, Mo., July 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Olin Corporation's (NYSE: OLN) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 20 cents on each share of Olin common stock. The dividend is payable on September 10, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2012. This marks the company's 343rd consecutive quarterly dividend.

Olin Corporation is a manufacturer concentrated in two business segments: Chlor Alkali Products and Winchester. Chlor Alkali Products manufactures chlorine and caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen, potassium hydroxide and bleach products. Winchester products include sporting ammunition, reloading components, small caliber military ammunition and components, and industrial cartridges.
