Oldcastle APG Acquires Buckeye Resources to Expand Mulch Offerings for Customers in Ohio

ATLANTA, May 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Oldcastle APG is pleased to announce the acquisition of Buckeye Resources, expanding our network of plants and products to Ohio.

Buckeye Resources was established in 1984 by Richard E. Posey and specializes in manufacturing, packaging and delivering high quality mulches to customers from its facility in Springfield, Ohio. Buckeye has been a market leader, serving the lawn and garden industry through both the retail and wholesale channels. Similar to Oldcastle APG's Lawn & Garden business unit, Buckeye Resources serves a wide variety of customers, channels and segments in its geographical area.
