97.5% of respondents are certain LNG will be widely used as a marine fuel in the short to mid term
80% believe LNG is the future fuel of the road haulage industry
In December 2011, Oil & Gas IQ launched a global study polling LNG professionals on their view of the future of small-mid scale LNG and where opportunities for new business lie. Among the findings are that 97.5% of respondents believe LNG will see fruition as transportation fuel for the marine industry in the near future.

The survey was conducted as a prelude to the 2012 Small-Mid Scale LNG Summit where the oil and gas industry's key players in small-mid scale LNG will be gathering in Amsterdam this April.
