RIO DE JANEIRO, RJ, BRAZIL, March 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Oi S.A. – In Judicial Reorganization (the "Company"), an integrated telecommunication service provider in Brazil, announced today an amendment to the terms of its solicitation of consents (the "Consent Solicitation") from holders of the 10.000%/12.000% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2025 issued by the Company (the "Notes") for the adoption of certain proposed amendments as set forth below (the "Proposed Amendments") to the New York law indenture, dated as of July 27, 2018, governing the Notes (the "Indenture"). The amendments improve the terms of the Consent Solicitation, as a result of comments received from, and discussions and negotiations with, certain holders of the Notes.
Holders of the Notes are referred to the Consent Solicitation Statement, dated February 18, 2021 (as amended and supplemented, the "Consent Solicitation Statement"), for the detailed terms and conditions of the Consent Solicitation with respect to the Notes.
