Oglethorpe Power Re-Elects Denham, Millwood As Officers
ATLANTA, March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Oglethorpe Power Corporation Board of Directors has re-elected Benny W. Denham of Sycamore, Ga. as its chairman and Marshall S. Millwood of Gainesville, Ga. as vice chairman. The election took place at a Board meeting following Oglethorpe Power's annual meeting.
This is Denham's thirteenth consecutive term as Board chairman and Millwood's fourth term as vice chairman. The two will serve in their officers' positions for one year.
Denham is an at-large member director of the Oglethorpe Power Board. He is also a member of the Irwin Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) Board in Ocilla, Ga. Millwood is a member of the Sawnee EMC Board in Cumming, Ga. and also serves as an at-large member director of the Oglethorpe Power Board.
