Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide Announces Two Senior Hires to its New York Office's Healthcare Practice
NEW YORK, March 11 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide (Ogilvy PR) announced today the addition of two senior staff members to its New York, N.Y. office. Mary Coyle joins as Senior Vice President of Healthcare Media Relations and Larissa Severenko joins as Senior Vice President of the Healthcare Practice in New York.

Coyle brings more than 15 years experience in developing and executing public relations campaigns to increase media exposure and support strategic marketing initiatives for top healthcare accounts. Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, Coyle served as Senior Vice President/Director with Euro RSCG Worldwide PR where she oversaw media strategy for a variety of clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Coyle earned her bachelor's degree in business management/finance from Brooklyn College. In her new position at Ogilvy PR, she will be leading the vision and strategy for the agency's healthcare media relations efforts.
Severenko has more than 10 years experience in developing and executing strategic communications and media relations programs in the healthcare arena. Prior to joining Ogilvy PR, she served as Vice President of Global Health with MS&L Worldwide, where she worked on a variety of blue-chip clients including managing campaigns for Pfizer's Depo-Provera and Procter & Gamble's Prilosec OTC. Severenko earned a bachelor's degree in political science and literature and rhetoric from Binghamton University. She earned her master's degree in public relations from Boston University. In her new role at Ogilvy PR, Severenko will play a lead role in managing Ogilvy PR's female healthcare business.
