LAVAL, QC, April 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (TSX: ATD.A ATD.B) ("Couche-Tard") announced today that following the decision approved at today's annual general shareholders meeting of Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA (SFR/Oslo Børs) pursuant to which Statoil Fuel & Retail on or about May 9, 2012 will be paying a dividend per share of NOK1.80 on each of Statoil Fuel & Retail's 300,000,000 issued and outstanding shares, Couche-Tard is adjusting its offer price per Statoil Fuel & Retail share from NOK53 to NOK51.20, the whole in accordance with the disclosure made under section 5.1 of the offer document dated April 19, 2012.
