OEM Group and ClassOne Equipment Settle Lawsuits
PHOENIX, June 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- OEM Group Inc., of Gilbert, Arizona, and ClassOne Equipment Inc. of Decatur, Georgia announced today that they have signed a settlement agreement. Since November 2013, OEM Group, Inc. and ClassOne Equipment, Inc. have pursued legal claims against one another in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. All litigation was terminated on May 29, 2014 with neither party admitting to any wrongdoing or liability. Details of the agreement are confidential.
