RICHFIELD, Ohio, May 17 /PRNewswire/ -- OEConnection LLC announced today that its Customer Care Center has been awarded the "Certified Center of Excellence" designation for the third consecutive year, and has consistently placed in the top 10 percent of its industry among all call centers evaluated.  OEConnection's call center received the prestigious recognition from BenchmarkPortal and the Center for Customer-Driven Quality at Purdue University.

The BenchmarkPortal certification is based on best-practice metrics drawn from the world's largest database of call center information.  Centers that attain certification do so on the basis of objective, quantitative data, which is audited and validated by researchers from BenchmarkPortal and the Center for Customer-Driven Quality.
