Odyssey Systems Awarded CSMC Task Order Valued at $8.1 Million
WAKEFIELD, Mass., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, LTD., a leading small business provider of technical and management support services for government clients announced today that it has been awarded a $8.1 Million Task Order to provide Position, Navigation & Timing Operation and Requirements Services to the US Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) at Peterson AFB, CO. Under this Task Order, which is part of the Contract for Space and Missile Capabilities (CSMC), Odyssey will assist the PNT Operations and Requirements Divisions by providing system security, current and future operations technical analysis and support for GPS programs and operations; solving problematic issues and concerns experienced by the management, development and operational communities and conduct technical analyses to identify the operational capabilities for fielding the next generation of GPS (i.e., GPS-III, OCX, MGUE) which shall provide enhanced anti-jam capability, improved accuracy and timing, system integrity and net-centric interoperability, and emerging additional payloads. In addition, the Odyssey team will provide similar support to the on-going fielding of GPS BlockIIF/III Modernization, as well as the Operational Control Segment (OCS), Launch and Early Orbit, Anomaly Resolution and Disposal Operations (LADO), the Advanced Control Segment (OCX), Modernized User Equipment (MUE), and Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE).
Odyssey Team members ARINC Engineering Services LLC, Serco, Inc., and Scitor Corporation will provide support in the performance of this TO.
