Odyssey Investment Partners Acquires NSi Industries

NEW YORK, March 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC ("Odyssey") announced today that an affiliate has acquired NSi Industries (the "Company") from Blue Sea Capital LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
