Odgers Berndtson Hires New Partner, Expanding Consumer and Retail Practices

NEW YORK, Aug. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Odgers Berndtson, the 6th largest global executive search firm, has hired Nicole Phillips as a Partner in the firm's Retail and Consumer Practices.

Nicole joins Odgers Berndtson from DHR International where she was a Partner in the Global Retail & Consumer Practices. She recruits across a diversity of functions with an emphasis on marketing, merchandising and digital. A former industry executive, Nicole has extensive experience with both pure-play digital firms and the e-Commerce extensions of brick-and-mortar companies. Previously the Director of Leadership Talent at LimitedBrands, she built their in-house executive search function and recruited numerous senior executives to the business. She has also held positions at CTPartners, Heidrick & Struggles, and Korn Ferry. Nicole is based in the firm's New York City Office.
