Oceanic Research and Recovery Posts 2010 Filings on Pinksheets

PEORIA, Ill., Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Oceanic Research and Recovery Inc. (Pink Sheets: ORRV), a marine salvage and exploration company, today announced that it filed all required documents for 2010 with Pinksheets.

As a result, the Stop Sign and "No Information" caveats from our trading symbol have been removed and has been replaced with the "Limited Information" designation and symbol.  ORRV was able to achieve this upgrade by posting a detailed disclosure document together with financial statements for the past 2 years.
